As we are well aware of the importance of fostering employee inclusion at this time, I would like to share my personal experiences of studying and working overseas. Deciding to study abroad was a significant moment for me. This atmosphere of fairness and togetherness gave us strength and encouragement.
With days passing, I transitioned into the corporate world as an employee and experienced a new type of diversity. My coworkers were highly experienced professionals, and initially, I worried about fitting in. However, I was pleasantly surprised to discover they treated me kindly and respectfully. Eventually, I began to feel like an equal among my colleagues.

Every voice matters, and they should all feel the essence. The workplace environment now is diverse; having said that, not everyone feels so. Why? Because of the behavior, treatment, and attitudes they handle. Unintentionally, most groups will let others feel excluded by emphasizing what they have in them. Employees who feel like outsiders in the work environment are less likely to contribute to any tasks the organization assigns or deem less committed to their workplace.
